Frequently Asked Questions

We do not carry half sizes so if you are a half size order a size up ( Ex. if you wear a 7 1/5 we suggest you get an 8 you want to have a little extra room in your slippers. If you wear a size 7 in regular shoes we suggest up order a size up in our slippers.

We ship with USPS

3-10 business days not including Hoildays/ personal days due to COVID 19 shipping could take longer if product has not arrived within delivery window CONTACT USPS.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped  and you will be able to track.
